SATS tests for KS2 children commence on Monday 13th May.

Damian Hinds, Education Secretary told Schools recently that pressure to do well in the assessments was also hitting children’s mental well-being.

Graceful Minds Children's Yoga would like to work with your School setting prior to the tests to help to ease any anxiety, tension, panic or stress that your Students may be experiencing.

Our calming and relaxing sessions can be implemented as part of the School day on the weeks running up to the tests. Teaching the children calming breathing techniques that they can use inside and outside School.

Please contact us for further information if you would like our help around SATS time.

🙏
