What a great 1st after school club yesterday with Christ Church CE Primary School, Padgate with 16x KS2 Students. We introduced them to #yoga and it's principal's. We practised our positive affirmation, #breathing techniques, sun #salutations, yoga poses and ended with a calming #relaxation under blankets. Lots of positive feedback at the end from the children and how much they had enjoyed it. The best reward 🙏

We are so happy to be back after Easter working with Year 6 and Year 5 Students from St Bridget's Catholic Primary School, Warrington practising calming and restorative #yoga, breathing and #meditation to be centered. Today we focused on letting go of our worries and concerns. Preparing Year 6 for SATS 🙏

Graceful Minds Childrens Yoga

A reminder of our services for #Mentalhealthawarenessweek at your School setting next month 🙏

It is Mental Health Awareness Week on 13th - 19th May and the theme is Body Image. Mental Health Foundation

We are available to provide a full day or half day #yoga session as part of your #Schools Mental Health Awareness Week.

By teaching children #Yoga they are learning and discovering their bodies, how they work, how they move, which muscles are used, which parts of their bodies they are using and connecting with the body through greater awareness. #Yoga is a physical exercise that has many health benefits for the body. Yoga improves flexibility, strength, co-ordination and balance.

#Yoga boosts a child's self confidence, self awareness and promotes a healthy body and healthy mind.

#Yoga for positive body image 🙏
