It is with deep regret and sadness that I'm having to suspend all my adult yoga classes at Warrington sports club until further notice. Please be assured that the classes will commence again once this storm calms. And the storm will pass, we will all get through it. Life is just going to be different for a while for everyone.

Based on the new measures and guidance from the Government, WHO and Yoga governing bodies I feel it is the most responsible course of action to protect you, my customers and myself from contracting the virus. We all have a social responsibility to reduce the spread. The risk in the UK has now been set to high.

I really don't want to suspend the classes as I feel yoga is needed more in our lives now than ever before. It has helped me so much this past week to calm my anxiety and keep me balanced, focused and positive. In such uncertain times we all need to do things to support our mental health. Yoga is the best therapy for our overall wellbeing 🙏

Please rest assured that my classes will resume as soon as possible and I will post announcements on my page. So please keep following and supporting a small local business ❤ I love my job and I'm passionate about my work and helping people in my community.

I had been considering reducing the class sizes to allow for 2 meter distancing in the room. So, if this would be of interest to you please comment on this post.

I am looking into whether I can go online to provide my yoga services so once I know more I will post an update for everyone.

I do offer 1-2-1 yoga in the comfort of your own home and I would only provide this if both parties were well, healthy and taking all hygiene precautions.

🔸️Information for those Customers who have paid for a class or a block of classes:

I will hold the classes as credits for you and once my classes resume you can choose your dates and book new classes. I will make contact with each person to let you know how many classes you have as credits.

It has been a really difficult decision to make as the fitness and leisure industry are still working and we all know exercise is so good for our mental health. Things are changing daily so I'm sure more measures will come.

Thank you for your support and understanding during these uncertain times.

Focus on the things you can change in your life not the things you cannot. Fear will waste your good energy. Practice yoga, meditation and breathing techniques to reduce any anxiety. Do things that make you feel happy and most importantly look after yourselves and your loved ones. Share loving kindness in our community. Help those those who are vulnerable. We are all in this together and we can get through it together 🥰

I do believe good will come out of all this, it always does. Good will prevail !

Keep safe and healthy everyone.

Love and light ❤

Namaste 🙏

At today's Adult Hatha Yoga class our focus was to calm the body and mind and boost the immune system.

We are living in such uncertain times and it's only natural for people to be worried and fearful. Yoga helps us to be present, to be at one with the self and control the mind. Yoga is needed more than ever in our lives right now❤

We practiced yoga asana, our breath control pranayama Anuloma Viloma designed to calm the mind and body and ending with a protection mantra for ourselves, loved ones and the world 🌍🌈

The primary aim of Yoga is to restore the mind to simplicity, peace and to free it from confusion, anxiety and distress.

Thank you to those who came along to my practice today. It was really beautiful.

Let's focus on the things we can change not the things we cannot. Fear wastes good energy.

Let's all share love and kindness in our community, pull together and help those who are vulnerable. We are all in this together all humans on one planet.

Please contact me to book your place on a mat at one of my classes.

Namaste 🙏
