Dean Windass and Tyson Fury talk honestly and openly about depression. Men at the top of their profession who had everything. A brilliant interview and well done to both of them for sharing their stories to help others.

As Tyson says, if you are suffering with depression seek medical advice as soon as possible 🙏

Maha Shivaratri is a worldwide festival celebrated today in honour of Lord Shiva.

According to mythical tradition, Lord Shiva is said to be the founder of yoga and his Wife, Parvati, his first disciple.

In archaeological excavations made in the Indus Valley many statues have been found depicting deities resembling Lord Shiva and Parvati performing various yoga postures Asana and practicing meditation.

The festival is observed by remembering Shiva and chanting, fasting and meditating on positive ethics and virtues. Yamas and Niyamas.

I find the whole history of yoga so fascinating and that this science and art form was designed thousands and thousands of years ago. Mind blowing. I love the beautiful pictures of the Gods and Godesses ❤

Little did they know back then that yoga would be needed so much in our modern World today. Or maybe they did!!?

Om Shanti 🙏
