In Yoga we use the greeting "Namaste" 🙏

The Sanskrit meaning "I bow to you" or "the divine in me honours the divine in you"

It is a sign of respect and a reminder to reflect on your gratitude and become more centred and present. Surrendering the head to the heart ❤

So positive to see our Royal Family using this greeting 🙏

On a serious note, it is also the perfect greeting for all of us to use over shaking hands, hugging or kissing another person in our current coronavirus situation 👍💯

The venue has ample free parking onsite. The yoga will take place in their main room which is upstairs.

Your first class as a new Customer is half price £4.00

Drop ins £8.00

5 week block bookings £35.00 (£7.00 a class)

Complimentary mats and blankets will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

The Virgo Super Full Moon on March 9th will shine a light on an area of our lives that has been hidden or ignored for too long. We may discover new realisations or find ourselves feeling the need to purge and release the past so we can move forward.
