If the answers to the above are YES then please come and join me at my new adult beginners yoga classes. I will guide you and introduce you to Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is an ancient science and art form. It is a gentle form of yoga that is suitable for beginners to advanced yogis.

Wednesday 7.15pm - 8.15pm (Starting 5th February)

Saturday 10.45am - 11.45am (Starting 15th February)

Monday 1.30pm - 2.30pm (Starting in April due to my School Customer commitments)

The venue has ample free parking onsite. The yoga will take place in their main room which is upstairs.

Your first class as a new Customer is half price £4.00

Drop ins £8.00

5 week block bookings £35.00 (£7.00 a class)

Complimentary mats and blankets will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

New mental health support programme for Warrington school pupils

This is wonderful news to read and share.

Mental health problems are rising in our Town with our children and young people and this needs to be addressed.

We really hope the programme helps to make a real difference as schools play a vital role in helping C&YP to be prepared for the outside world.

We are extremely passionate about helping people to improve their mental health through yoga. Yoga is a mind and body medicine that improves overall wellbeing.

Early intervention is key and also teaching children vital life skills and coping techniques to improve their mental health.

We believe yoga should form part of this programme as many Schools across Warrington already incorporate yoga as a wellbeing activity.
